SIMPLE SALMON RECIPE TO MAINTAIN THE SUMMER BEACH BOD ALL YEAR ROUND?
Sherry glazed salmon
10g sea salt
10g caster sugar
100ml Just A Splash sherry 50g brown sugar
20ml light soy sauce
2 salmon fillets
Wash and pat dry the salmon. Completely cover the salmon in salt and sugar and leave to cure for 10 mins. Wash off and pat dry after 10 mins.
Preheat the oven 200c and line a tray with some greaseproof paper.
In a small saucepan add the Just A Splash sherry, sugar and soy sauce and simmer for 10 mins or until reduced down to a sticky consistency.
Place the salmon onto the lined tray and cover with the sherry sauce. Place into the pre-heated oven for 10 mins or until cooked soft and flaky
